.....David Dillman was born in Terre Haute, Indiana. He received the Bachelor of Technology from DeVry, Chicago Illinois.

.....From 1969 to 1989 he worked for IBM Federal Systems. There, he designed switching power supplies and hybrid components for use in Aerospace and Military Hardware. From 1989 to 1992 he was a component engineer and technical interface for power ASICs with IBM power. From 1992 to 1996 he worked as a design engineer for Celestica Corporation. While there, he worked on 35 Watt DC to DC isolated resonant converters.

.....He joined Delta Product Corporation in 2000. His interests include circuit layout and packaging for new power topologies.
